Volvo C30...the SPORTY version of course!

I spotted one the other day...very nice motor!
The Mrs thinks it's for geeks!!!!(maybe she's right-lol).
Heres the lowdown on the Volvo C30.
Entry level petrol is a 1.6-litre, which is followed by a 1.8-litre, 2.0-litre, 2.4-litre and a 2.5-litre, five-cylinder turbo called the T5. For the more economically-minded, the diesels are the 1.6D, 2.0D and the D5, a 2.4-litre diesel. Those expecting the T5 petrol to be a hot hatch will be disappointed. It is quick and good fun to drive on a twisty road, but is set-up with a more relaxed feel than you might expect in a typical compact 220bhp hatchback. The engine pulls strongly so you don't have to constantly use the six-speed gearbox to get the car to accelerate rapidly. The D5 diesel comes with a five-speed automatic but the driver can also change gears using the gear-stick. With 180bhp it puts C30 at towards the top of the class for diesel power output, but with the auto gearbox has a similar relaxed feel to the petrol T5. The 2.0D with 136bhp and 236lb-ft is reponsive enough for most people, able to sprint from 0-60mph in 8.8 seconds - (SOURCE: parkers.co.uk).
