Joe Ledley’s ninth-minute volley booked Cardiff City an appearance in the FA Cup final for the first time in 81 years.
The winger reacted quickly when the ball dropped in the penalty area to hook a left-footed effort from ten yards into the far corner past Luke Steele, the Barnsley goalkeeper and earn a meeting with Portsmouth back at Wembley Stadium on May 17.
