GUN/GANG CULTURE 
In an underground culture that is fed by years of bored youth influenced by gaining respect from being the BAD BWOY!
It's here, it's big, it's happening as I type this post!
Old School Disipline in our schools is a major factor in starting to really tackle this issue...4 sure.
I am sure you all have thoughts on this subject & join me in this post to log our thoughts & best wishes for little Rhys Jones parents... who are sad victims of "what's going on"
