a post for Artists...
Artist Blogs: Why Every Artist Needs a Blog
How having an artist blog can help you sell more art.
by Kristin Royce
As an artist, the key to selling more artwork is maximizing its exposure. The internet is an increasingly popular tool for promoting original art, and if done properly, can be quite profitable.
One of the most effective (and free!) online marketing tools for artists is the blog. Artist blogs provide an easy way to display your art, discuss your creative process, post exhibition announcements and more. Best of all, blogs require no working knowledge of HTML and the search engines love their dynamic content.
Many artists have felt the pain of email marketing losing its effect due to spam filters, junk email overloads and virus paranoia. Blogs provide a new way to communicate with clients, fans and industry professionals. This trend can support your email marketing efforts by allowing blog subscription options for site visitors so that they are notified whenever your blog is updated along with providing a permanent place on the web for all of your postings as opposed to newsletter emails that are typically deleted.

Media Remote.
The Media Remote is just four millimeters thick and fits into an ExpressCard slot, found on most recent laptops.
Fans of digital media will appreciate its small size and ease of storage.

The remote works with iTunes, Windows Media Center, Windows Media Player and RealPlayer and can switch tracks, pause and play audio and video and select on-screen items, all from up to 30 feet away. The device also works with PowerPoint, allowing it to double as a presentation remote.
The one-ounce remote is available online and in retail stores - (U.S.A)

Well, what can I write about this series that havent been written or said already
...1 thing...the show has proved that it is a MIGHTY medium 4 sure
...I do admire the way BigBro is handling the situation by asking Danielle "Have you learnt anything from 2day"?
Showing us viewers Danielle realising how much of a FOOL she(& the others)must look to us the world...a nice touch by BB!(makes people look @ themselves)
another quote...
A photographer must merge into the walls. Photos must either be taken swiftly, with all the attendant risks, or only after infinite patience.

...it was full of massive, muddy puddles, about 4" plus of deep thick muck...So, there we are, parked up - in a Merc ML 4x4 - set to Low Range! - "what if we get stuck" said my Bro - "we won't get stuck, fuckin let's go" I say - "but I got my best shoes on" said my Bro - "you fuckin what"!!! I say...now, not a long time ago, we would have went MENTAL in this situation - it's quite scary that you have to stop & think before avin a laugh

Graffiti Art...
The word "graffiti" derives from the Greek word graphein meaning: to write. This evolved into the Latin word graffito. Graffiti is the plural form of graffito. Simply put, graffiti is a drawing, scribbling or writing on a flat surface. Today, we equate graffiti with the "New York" or "Hip Hop" style which emerged from New York City in the 1970's.
